Challenge
Started as a concept on a napkin by the Chief Marketing Officer, STEM Careers Coalition launched within 6 months on STEM Day, XXX day. The STEM Careers Coalition addresses the STEM workforce and inspiration gap by bridging industry and classrooms at unprecedented scale.
My Contributions
I collaborated with a wide range of team members to establish the information architecture and organization model that would allow the program to scale to the XXX reach it has today. Over the course of 5 years, the program has re-branded and expanded it's reach to XX.
